We accept items during business hours and will review items while you wait.
We understand how busy today’s schedules can be so we offer a PICK UP SERVICE. Call us to schedule an appointment for your items to be picked up by our trusted staff. We will review your items and return those not chosen to you within 10 days.
Clothing must be in the current season, freshly laundered and free of stains and tears. Please understand that we will not be able to accept all items due to style, condition or customer demand.
Consignor’s will receive 40% of the selling price. Pricing is set by Suzannah’s Loft and is generally 30% of retail.
The consignment period is for 90 days. Reductions may be taken after 30 & 60 days on unsold merchandise. After 90 days items will be removed from the floor to be returned to the consignor. Unclaimed merchandise will become the property of Suzannah’s Loft and be disposed of at the discretion of the store or donated to charity.
Suzannah’s Loft is not responsible for loss of consigned articles through fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster.
Consignors have 3 options for their account balances:
Cash
Consignors may receive a check for balances over $20.00. Checks are mailed monthly and there will be a $1.00 fee deducted for processing. Balances under $20.00 will carry over to the next month.
Charity
Consignors may donate their proceeds to the charity of their choice. Suzannah’s Loft will also donate 2% of their profit / earnings/ proceeds to the charity. In these difficult economic times many charities continue to face budget cuts which threaten the services they provide to our community. This is a great option to help out your favorite cause.
Store Credit
Consignors may choose to use their balance to purchase merchandise. This is a guilt free way to shop!!
